The Eagles Hall is available to rent for private functions. To determine its availability, please review the Hall Rental Calendar or call us at 916-782-2694.
RENTAL PROCESS: When calling you will receive a message that will give you the private cell phone number of the individual handling hall rentals. This individual can provide you information on the rental process; answer any questions and schedule you for a tour of the hall. Click on the links below for the Rental Reservation and Rental Agreements.
RENTAL HOURS: ALL rentals are for a 6-hour period of time between the hours of 8AM to Midnight.
The hall rental can include:
- Full-Service Bar (at an additional charge)
- Bartenders, in-house certified only. (bar closes 1 hour before the end of rental)
- Bar rental is optional. ABSOLUTLY NO ALCOHOL CAN BE BROUGHT IN.
- Kitchen with refrigerator, warmers, stove, and ovens
- Chairs and tables
- 75-inch Smart TV with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi computer Connectivity / Surround Sound
- Uplighting (additional fee)
- Wireless Microphones (additional fee)
HALL RESERVATIONS & AGREEMENT:
If you decide to rent the hall you will be required to complete, sign and pay
refundable security deposit.
EAGLES HALL RESERVATION AGREEMENT
Rental Agreement and proof of insurance must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the date of rental.
EAGLES HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT
CANCELLATION POLICY: Monetary penalties apply for cancellations within 60 days of the rental date. These are spelled out in the Agreement.
COSTS: The price for renting the hall runs from $620 to $975 depending on if the Club Room (CR) is part of the rental and the number of guests as follows:

CELEBRATION OF LIFE RENTALS: Special pricing of $600 Monday – Thursday.
These prices are for a 6-hour rental of the hall for events such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, baptisms, etc. Prices for other types of activities such as meetings during the week will vary depending on the number of people attending and the space being used.
INSURANCE: Provided by Renter – Required Minimum General Liability Coverage:
All size Groups – $1,000,000/$2,000,000 aggregate
HOURS: ALL rentals are for a 6-hour period between the hours of 8AM to Midnight. This includes the Club Room use with bartender(s) for 5 hours. If the renter wants the Club Room to open for more than 5 hours during the 8 AM – 12 AM (Midnight) rental period, that is negotiable for an additional fee.
SETUP/CLEANUP: Each rental is given 2 hours prior for set-up and 1 hour after for clean-up.
KITCHEN: The rental price includes use of one refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, warmers, and ice machine. A caterer may be used. It does not include use of the commercial dishwasher nor any of the Eagle’s dishes, silverware, linens, pots and pans.
BATHROOM: They meet ADA standards. The women’s bathroom has four stalls, three sinks, mirrors and room to change. The men’s bathroom has three urinals, two stalls, two sinks and mirrors. Both are artfully decorated.
TABLES AND CHAIRS: The rental price includes use of all the chairs and tables. This includes 180 padded chairs, 30 six-foot rectangle tables that have room for six chairs, and 10 sixty-inch round tables that have room for eight chairs. The chairs are padded stackable chairs. There are also padded benches on three walls of the main hall.
MAIN HALL: The stage, PA system, 75″ Smart TV & hall surround sound system are available without additional charge. The renter may decorate using blue painter’s tape for taping items to walls.
CLUB ROOM: Two pool tables, two televisions are all available for use without additional charge. Children under 16 cannot use the pool tables and the bartender will control use of the TV remotes. Children cannot be left unattended in the Club Room. Drinks are not allowed on pool tables.
SMOKING: There is no smoking anywhere in the Hall. There is a balcony off the Club Room where smoking is allowed but guests are asked to try and keep the smoke away from the door.
ALCOHOL: The Renter and guests CANNOT bring alcohol on the premise under any circumstance as it would jeopardize the liquor license of the Eagles. The Club Room is a fully stocked bar with well to top shelf liquor, wine and a large variety of beer including 6 beers on tap. The renter can pre-purchase a keg or kegs of beer of their choosing to be served to their guests. They can also preorder wine/champagne for their event and request specialty drinks. Payment must be made for the kegs and preorder wines and champagne 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.
CLEAN UP. The renter is responsible for putting garbage in the garbage cans and wiping off benches in the main hall including counters, stoves, etc. that they may have used. The renter is also responsible for returning all chairs and tables to the storage area in the same configuration that they found them. The Eagle janitor will sweep and mop the floors, clean the bathrooms and take out the garbage the next morning. The renter has the option of paying Eagle staff to clean up their areas of responsibility and returning chairs and tables to their storage area.
